Structure a service with AI

Every service now has room for more than a name and a price. Open a service from your catalog and you get a full page: a rich description, and a Structure section that turns that description into clear facts — what it focuses on, the tools and products it uses, and who it’s best for. Better facts here mean sharper posts, and they build your service page and search wording later.

How to use it

Open your catalog and press Edit on a service (or + Add service, which drops you straight into the editor). Write a real description, Save, then let the AI break it into facts — or fill the fields yourself.

1. Write the Description — what the treatment is, the steps, the tools and key products, and who it’s for.
2. Press Save changes so the description is stored.
3. Press ✦ Structure with AI. The fields below fill in from your description.
4. Tweak anything: type in Focus, add or remove Tools, Key products, Best for, and Highlights as chips.
5. Save changes again.

Tip

The more detail your description gives — devices, products, the concern it helps — the better the AI can structure it. It only uses what your description says; it never invents facts.

Why Structure with AI needs a saved description first

It works from the description you’ve saved, not the half-typed one on screen — so the facts always match the words. If you’ve just edited the description, save it first and the button switches on. Structuring uses a few credits, and the result is kept for you straight away, even if you close the tab.

Note

Once you’ve claimed your venue, these facts also appear on your venue’s menu — to you, to studios comparing menus, and (later) on your public page. To keep a service off, turn its Public switch off in your catalog.

Photos

Every service has a Photos section. Add real photos of your treatment, or make one with AI — the first photo is the cover.

1. Upload photo to add your own, or type what you want and press ✦ Generate.
2. Use Edit with AI on a photo to restyle it (e.g. “warmer light, calmer background”).
3. Drag a photo by its handle to reorder — the first photo is the cover. Make cover does the same in one click; Remove deletes one.
4. Add a short line describing each photo — it helps people who use screen readers, and your page later.

Tip

Photos save the moment you add them, so a generated photo is never lost — even if you close the tab. Generating or editing a photo uses a few credits; uploading your own is free.

Heads up

Keep photos honest. Don’t ask for a photo that implies a medical or guaranteed result (“clears acne”) — describe the look or the moment instead. Requests that sound like a health claim are declined.

Video

Below Photos, the Video section turns your cover photo into a short moving clip — great for reels and stories. Type how it should move (or leave it blank), then press ✦ Animate cover. It takes a few minutes; you can leave the page and the clip saves to the service when it’s ready. One clip at a time; a new one replaces the old.

Note

You need a cover photo first — the cover is what gets animated. Animating uses more credits than a photo. Keep the motion simple and honest (a gentle zoom, soft light) — motion that implies a medical or guaranteed result is declined.

Worked example

You run a hydrating facial. Your description reads: “A deeply hydrating facial using a hyaluronic serum and a cooling massage, with LED light to finish. Great for dull, dry, or tired skin — leaves it plump and glowing, with no downtime.”

Press ✦ Structure with AI and the fields fill:

• Focus: Deep hydration for a plumper, glowing look
• Tools: LED light
• Key products: hyaluronic serum
• Best for: dull skin · dry skin · tired skin
• Highlights: cooling massage · no downtime

Add a chip, remove one you don’t like, and Save. Those “Best for” words become the kind of terms clients search for.
