Services — your menu across locations

The Services page is your menu. You define each treatment once in the catalog — its name, how long it takes, and a suggested price — and it becomes available at every location. Then, per branch, you can change the price or turn a service off without touching the others.

If you have more than one location, the top-bar switcher decides which branch the Prices at … section edits. With a single location it simply shows that one branch’s prices.

How to use it

Add services in the Service catalog at the top. Below it, Prices at {your location} lists the same services for the branch you’re viewing — change a price or flip Offered off and it applies to that branch only. A changed price shows an edited tag; click it to reset back to the catalog price.

  1. Press Add service and set a name, duration and suggested price.
  2. It seeds into your locations automatically.
  3. Switch to a location in the top bar and adjust its price or availability below.
  4. Click the edited tag on a price to reset it to the catalog value.
Why a catalog plus per-branch prices

Most of your menu is the same everywhere, so you define it once instead of re-typing it per branch. But a downtown room and a suburban one rarely charge the same — so price and availability are yours to override per location, while the service itself stays one shared definition you edit in one place.

Organising with categories

Press Manage categories in the catalog toolbar to group your services (Facials, Massage, Nails…). Add a category, rename it by clicking its name, delete one (its services simply become uncategorised), and drag to set the order. Assign a service to a category from the service’s own editor page.

Showing services on your venue page

If you’ve claimed your venue, each service gets a Public switch in the catalog. Leave it on to show the service on your public venue page; turn it off to keep it private. Active services are public by default, and any price you change here updates the public page the moment you save. The switch only appears once your venue is claimed.

Worked example

A spa offers a Signature Facial, suggested at 1,500. It appears at both branches at that price. At the airport branch the owner raises it to 1,800 and turns off a long massage they don’t run there. The other branch is unaffected, and the facial’s name and description stay shared — so editing those once updates both.
