Telegram — run your studio from chat
Telegram lets you run quick studio tasks from your phone, in chat, between clients — no need to open the app. You pair your Telegram account to the studio once, then just message the bot the way you’d text a colleague: “what’s the deluxe facial priced at?”, “change it to 1,500”, “what are nearby places charging?”
How to connect
- Open Settings → Telegram and press Connect Telegram.
- Tap the link it shows (or open the bot and send the 8-character code, like
/start ABCD2345). - The bot replies that you’re connected — you’re ready to message it.
The code lasts 15 minutes; generate a fresh one any time. You can disconnect from the same screen, and an owner can disconnect anyone’s connection.
What you can ask
- Look up a service — “find the gel manicure” → it shows the current price, duration, and whether it’s on.
- Change a price — “set the gel manicure to 650” → the bot sends an ✓ Apply / ✗ Cancel message; nothing changes until you tap Apply.
- Check competitors — “what are competitors charging?” → a short read of your competitor offer analysis, with the date it’s current as of.
Prices are in your studio’s currency, exactly as you say them (“650” means 650 in your currency). Changes you make here show up in your activity log just like changes made in the app, noted as made via Telegram.
Why it asks before changing a price
A price change is real money, and a chat message is easy to fire off by accident or have the assistant read slightly wrong. The Apply / Cancel tap is the moment you confirm the exact service and amount before anything is saved. An owner can turn the confirm step off in Settings → Telegram if they prefer.
