Competitor links — one identity, managed for everyone

Every business in our shared market library has one identity: its Google listing, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, all connected. When you add a competitor, you get the full set right away — no need to link each channel by hand.

Because many studios read the same library, these links are protected. You cannot change or remove a single link on a connected competitor. This keeps one studio’s mistake from showing the wrong business’s posts to everyone.

What you can do

  1. Add a channel we don’t know. If a competitor has a TikTok we haven’t found yet, add it from their TikTok tab. You’ll be the first to connect it, and our team reviews it.
  2. Report a wrong link. If a channel points at the wrong business, press Report a wrong link on that tab, add a short note, and send. Our team checks it and fixes it for everyone.
  3. Remove the competitor. You can always remove the whole competitor from your list — that only affects you.
Why you can’t edit links directly

These links feed a library that many studios share. A single wrong link would send the wrong reviews and posts to everyone tracking that business. So links are set once, reviewed by our team, and then locked. Reporting takes ten seconds and protects everyone’s data.
