Calendar — plan the week and drag to reschedule
The calendar shows your posting week on a single month grid: what’s already gone out, what’s queued, and the drafts still waiting for a home. It replaces the notebook and the “did we post this week?” guesswork with one screen.
How to use it
The grid opens on the current month with today highlighted. A strip across the top holds your unscheduled drafts; the day cells below show scheduled and published posts.
- Click a draft in the top strip to open it, then pick a day to schedule it.
- Or drag any post to a different day to reschedule — the time stays, the date moves.
- Click an empty day to drop a waiting draft straight onto it.
- Click any published post to see how it did.
New posts land at a sensible default time; open the post to fine-tune the hour. To start something fresh, jump to the Composer and it comes back here once scheduled.
See what competitors posted
Turn on the Competitors switch at the top of the calendar to lay your tracked competitors’ posts onto the same grid, on the day each one went out. Your own posts stay in the studio colour; competitor posts show in a plain, muted chip with the competitor’s name, so the two never get confused.
- Click Competitors in the calendar header to turn the overlay on.
- Step back through the months to see when each competitor was active.
- Click any competitor chip to open the post — the picture, the caption, how many likes and comments it got, and a link to open the original.

Worked example
Maya runs a nail studio. Monday morning her week looks thin. She opens the calendar, sees three drafts in the top strip — a gel-mani flatlay, a nail-art reel, a client testimonial card — and an empty Wednesday and Friday. She drops the flatlay onto Wednesday, drags last week’s leftover reel draft onto Friday, and her week is planned in under a minute. No tab-switching, no notebook.
