Reports — your studio's performance at a glance

Reports is the reading room for your marketing. It takes everything you’ve posted and everything your clients do, and lays it out as plain charts: what’s working, what’s slipping, and where a little effort would go furthest. This is the area overview — start here to get the shape, then drill into whatever catches your eye.

What you see

The top of the page gives you the headline numbers for the period you pick — posts published, reach, engagement, and new clients — each with a small up-or-down badge against the period before, so you can tell at a glance whether things are growing.

Below that, a trend chart shows your activity over time, and a ranked list shows your best-performing posts so you can do more of what already lands. A client section summarises who’s new, who’s returning, and which services draw the most interest.

Nothing here can be edited — it mirrors what actually happened. Because every figure is real, you’re deciding on fact, not on a hunch. Pick a period at the top (week, month, or longer) and everything below re-reads itself from that choice.

Why your best week is worth copying

The ranked list isn’t just a scoreboard — it’s a recipe. When one before/after or one offer clearly outperforms the rest, look at what made it work (the subject, the time, the wording) and repeat that pattern. Reports is most useful when it changes what you post next, not just what you know.

Worked example

Lena runs a skincare studio and opens Reports on a Monday, month view. Reach is up 18% on last month, but new clients are flat. The top-posts list shows her two best posts were both before/after results from facials — and her quiet weeks were all generic “book now” posts. She decides to post one more real result each week and drops the generic reminders. Five minutes, one clear change.

  • Calendar — turn what’s working into next week’s plan.
  • Clients — the people behind the new-client numbers.
